Coastal Georgia tennis teams completed a perfect sweep of Florida National (FL) on Saturday at Goodlet Park, with both the men's squad and the women's team posting 4-0 victories to continue their impressive spring campaigns.

Men's Tennis: Coastal Georgia 4, Florida National 0

The men's team improved to 10-2 on the season with a decisive victory that saw them claim the doubles point and win three completed singles matches.

Salvador Pons Medina and Artur Pons Medina controlled No. 1 doubles, defeating Mats-Jonathan Werner and Dex Leyers 6-2. Geronimo Gonzalez Dolci and Caspar Grylls clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 victory over Alejandro Suarez and Daniele Trentin at No. 2 doubles. Enzo Barauna and Max Kirmayr fell 4-5 to Lukas Nico Kopitzki and Mick Leyers at No. 3 doubles.

In singles play, Geronimo Gonzalez Dolci dominated at No. 4 singles, overwhelming Daniel Turner 6-1, 6-2. Leonard Daguinot was equally impressive at No. 5 singles, dispatching Finn Collins 6-2, 6-3. Max Kirmayr capped the victory with a commanding 6-1, 6-0 performance over Fernando Arturo Munoz Miranda at No. 6 singles.

Artur Pons Medina's match at No. 1 singles was suspended with him leading Ignacio Ibañez 6-4, 1-1, while Gonzalo Tano's match at No. 2 singles was suspended with Lukas Nico Kopitzki leading 6-5. Salvador Pons Medina's match at No. 3 singles was suspended with him leading Mats-Jonathan Werner 6-5.

Women's Tennis: Coastal Georgia 4, Florida National 0

The women's team extended their winning streak to seven consecutive matches with a dominant performance that improved their record to 9-3 overall.

Gabriella Rodrigues and Karlie Scott Kersey set the tone at No. 1 doubles, defeating Valeria Labrador Perez and Celeste Agustina Deniz Reyes 6-2. Gabriela Miteva and Luna Feillon's match at No. 2 doubles was suspended with them leading Julia Chodkowska and Julieta Azul Deniz Reyes 5-0, though the doubles point had already been secured.

Gabriela Miteva delivered the lone completed singles victory, posting a double bagel at No. 2 singles to blank Julieta Azul Deniz Reyes 6-0, 6-0. Karlie Scott Kersey's match at No. 1 singles was suspended with her leading Valeria Labrador Perez 3-0, while Luna Feillon's match at No. 3 singles was suspended tied at 4-4 with Julia Chodkowska.

The dual victories marked another successful day for Coastal Georgia tennis programs. The men's team has now won three consecutive matches to improve to 10-2, while the women's squad has reeled off seven straight victories to reach 9-3 on the season. Both programs continue to demonstrate their depth and quality as they build momentum through the spring schedule.
