College of Coastal Georgia junior Rily Andrews has been named a recipient of the 2026 NAIA Rawlings Gold Glove Award, presented by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), the organization announced June 4. Andrews earned the honor as the right fielder on the nine-player Gold Glove team, joining Tabor College's Reese Hefley and Southern Oregon's Ari Williams in the outfield.

The Alma, Ga. native put together a flawless defensive season in 2026, recording 78 putouts and two assists across 80 total chances without committing a single error — a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage. In a lineup built around production and reliability, Andrews was a constant presence in right field all season long.

The award is among the most prestigious defensive honors in college softball, with recipients selected by the NFCA's NAIA All-America Committee following regional voting to identify finalists at each position. The committee used fielding statistics and school-submitted video to closely evaluate candidates before making its selections.

Andrews' recognition continues a tradition of defensive excellence for the Mariner softball program. Coastal Georgia has now produced two Gold Glove recipients in the four-year history of the award.
