The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) is designed to make prospective students aware of a school's commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students. This report requires co-educational institutions of postsecondary education that participate in a Title IV, federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams.
Â
Current disclosure information for these institutions may be found by searching the U.S. Department of Education's website:Â
http://ope.ed.gov/athletics.
Â
As part of this requirement, each fall schools must make certain information available to students, prospective students, and the public in easily accessible places. A link to the college's current EADA Report is below.
