2022 (Junior): Played in 25 matches and 86 sets last season... Recorded 79 kills and 17.5 blocks while racking up 116.5 points on the season... Was also second on the team in serving aces with 29.

2021 (Sophomore): Played in 20 matches and 53 sets last season as an outside and right-side hitter…She recorded 68 kills, 1.28 per set for a 0.74 hitting percentage…Totaled 59 digs, 1.11 per set and added 14 total blocks…Gkiourda averaged 1.5 points per game. 

Before Coastal Georgia: Attended Simpson University for one season…She played in 32 sets and 17 matches starting in four…She recorded 36 kills and 27 digs.

Club: Played for OFA Apollonios…Placed third in Balkan Championship in 2015…Made the Greek National Team in U16 and U17…Took first place in Olympiakos VC Western Attica Championship…Won the Appolonios VC…Promoted for B to A2 league in Greece.

Personal: Majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management…Her goal at Coastal Georgia is to be a successful student-athlete….Her favorite athletic memory was when she was able to get back on the volleyball court after she was injured…Her pregame ritual is to mentally prepare for the game…Her favorite athlete and the person she admires most is her father Mario Gkiourdas, a member of the Greek National Volleyball team who competed at the 2004 Olympics.
