Prior to Coastal Georgia: Baker played at Scottsdale Community College (alongside teammate Joyce Jordan) as well as Brown University...At Scottsdale, Baker recorded 7.8 points per game and 5.5 rebounds per game. 

High School: Attended Saguaro High School...Earned first-team All-Region Honors in 2017 and 2018...Earned second team All-Region honors in 2016...In 2016 she played as a candidate for Team USA...She finished her high school career second in career rebounds and blocks at her school...Named team's MVP during her junior and senior seasons...Named Defensive Player of the Year in 2018.
