Biography
Freshman Season (2024-25)
Hadiya made an immediate contribution to the program during her freshman campaign. The five-foot-ten wing from Hiram, Georgia, appeared in twenty-five games and earned five starting assignments throughout the season. She averaged 5.5 points and 1.4 rebounds per game while logging 15.6 minutes per contest. She shot 39.5 percent from the field, connecting on fifty-one of 129 field goal attempts, and demonstrated range from beyond the three-point arc by hitting nineteen of sixty-one attempts for a 31.1 percent conversion rate. At the free-throw line, she converted sixteen of twenty-five attempts for 64.0 percent. Her ability to contribute in multiple facets was evident as she recorded twenty assists and nineteen steals throughout the season while pulling down thirty-five rebounds, including thirteen offensive boards. She proved to be particularly effective in conference play, where she shot 42.1 percent from the field and 35.9 percent from three-point range across twenty games. In conference games, she averaged 5.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game while starting in four contests. Her defensive effort was consistent throughout the season, as she recorded three blocks and maintained her presence on the floor despite drawing fifty personal fouls.
