Sophomore Season (2024-25)

Kyla participated in twenty-one games and earned two starting assignments during her sophomore campaign at Middle Georgia State. She averaged 3.2 points and 3.8 rebounds per game throughout the season. Her best offensive performance came against Life on February 13, when she scored a season-high eleven points. Throughout the season, she demonstrated her defensive intensity by recording nine steals and nine blocks while pulling down eighty total rebounds. She contributed eight assists while maintaining a consistent presence in the frontcourt rotation. Her solid academic performance earned her recognition on the Barnes & Noble College All-Academic Team, highlighting her commitment to excellence both on the court and in the classroom. The six-foot-one forward from Albany, Georgia, continued to develop her all-around game as a Sports Management major while providing valuable size and defensive presence for the Knights throughout the season.

Freshman Season (2023-24)

She appeared in twelve games during her freshman campaign at Albany State, earning one starting assignment. She averaged 26.0 minutes per game, logging substantial playing time while adjusting to the collegiate level. She averaged 0.3 points per game while shooting 10.0 percent from the field on ten attempts. At the free-throw line, she converted two of two attempts for 100.0 percent. On the boards, she pulled down seven total rebounds, including two offensive rebounds and five defensive rebounds, averaging 0.6 rebounds per game. She recorded two assists, one block, and four steals throughout the season while committing two turnovers. Her extended minutes provided valuable experience and allowed her to develop her game before transferring to Middle Georgia State for her sophomore season.

High School Career

She attended Monroe Comprehensive High School in Albany, Georgia, where she developed into a skilled six-foot-one post player ready for collegiate competition.
