Mariners Drop to Ft Lauderdale

Brunswick, Ga- On Saturday November 18th, men's basketball took a tough loss to The University of Ft. Lauderdale (2-2) moving their record to 4-3. After trailing by nearly 30 points going into the half, the Coastal Georgia Mariners came out with a completely different demeanor, looking to come back. However, the Eagles did not fold under this intense pressure to secure their 89-79 win.

BY THE NUMBERS-
The Mariners were led by four of their starters:  Nick Jiles 16pts, Brice Langford 15pts, Layton Veon 15pts, and Salle Wilson 12pts.
Combining for 43, McFadden and Berry led the Eagles.

Adding to the Mariners' numbers, Nick Jiles recorded 8 assist, Layton Veon grabbed 9 rebounds, and Jeremiah Camara helped off the bench with 8 points.
