Box Score Brunswick, Ga- Men's basketball initially 1-0 in the conference fell short to Webber International now putting them at 1-1. The Mariners came out hot and led by 7 only three minutes into the game. The Warriors fired back quick and led the rest of the way going into the half up by 7 themselves. An intense atmosphere and crowd helped give Webber the momentum they were looking for as well as helping force Mariner turnovers easily. The Warriors capitalized off of these turnovers in which 15 of their points stemmed from. The Mariners produced very efficiently on the offensive end but were out-rebounded and lacked on the defensive side of the game.

Nick Jiles' 17 points led the way for the Mariners followed up by DJ Taylor's 12.
Salle Wilson and Brice Langford contributed 10 points each. Wilson recorded a double-double with 10 boards. Langford also had 3 blocks.
