Brunswick, Ga- Women's basketball ended tonight's match up versus Johnson and Wales with a tough loss. After losing and never regaining the lead under eight minutes in the 2nd quarter, the Mariners had no choice but to battle hard for every remaining second. After trailing for majority of the game, Coastal eventually cut down their fifteen point deficit to just five with three minutes remaining in the game. However, the Wildcats immediately pressured full court to cause back to back Coastal turnovers which allowed them to keep their momentum and secure a 60-54 win over the Mariners.
