College of Coastal Georgia

2022-23 (Junior): Ferrell played in 13 games last season for the Mariners... In his first year with Coastal Georgia he averaged 22.8 minutes per game while putting up 5.5 points and 4.9 rebounds per contest... Through just 13 games, Ferrell recorded 16 steals which was good for third most on the team... He recorded double-digit points against Blue Mountain (1/08) and Thomas (2/18) scoring 14 and 10, respectively... Arguably his best game of the season came against Florida Memorial (2/02) when filled up the stat sheet with nine points, eight rebounds, five assists, two blocks and a steal in 28 minutes played to help the Mariners secure a win.

Prior to Coastal Georgia: Attended Chattanooga State and Life University... Spent his first two seasons at Chattanooga where he showed off his ability to score joining the 50-40-90 club his freshman year... Scored 622 points in his two seasons in Chattanooga before going to Life.

High School: Lettered all years he attended Rutherford High School... Scored over 1000 points in his high school career and was a three-time District Champion... Also named Offensive MVP twice and All-County Athlete of the Year... Lettered in track for two seasons as well... Helped his team win over 90 games throughout his high school career.

Personal: Son to Kathy McCoy... Favorite sport other than basketball to play is beach volleyball... Majoring in psychology... Admires his mom the most.
