High School: Attended Region 6A Dalton High School…Lettered in softball all four years and also played four years of varsity basketball…All four years Maret was named first team All-Region and All-Area first team…Her team qualified for the elite eight in the state tournament three out of her four years…They were region runner-up in Region 6A sophomore year…She maintained a 3.5 GPA or higher and was named a scholar-athlete all four years…Graduated with honors…Played for Georgia Power Travel Softball Team.

Personal: Majoring in Elementary Education…Favorite sport other than softball is baseball…Her best memory is when she won a softball game against Young Harris in extra innings by making a diving play in the 5-6 hole and getting a double play…Her pregame ritual is to have her hair braided by her mom…Her favorite athlete is Delaney Spaulding…The people she admires most are Jesus Christ and her parents…Her career goal is to become a teacher and a softball coach.
