LAKELAND, Fla. - It was a third round 313 for the Coastal Georgia women's golf team for a sixth place finish at the SEU Fire Fall Invitational to wrap up their 2024-25 fall season. 

Madelyn Taylor once again led the way for the Mariners shooting an even par 72 to finish her fall season, finishing in fifth place. Carlin Paulk followed with a 79 in her final round of the fall for a 17th place finish. 

Claire Wickes and Madison Melton both finished inside the top 30 with Claire Wickes shooting an 80 in round three. Melton shot two shots worse to finish at ten over and in 29th place. Laura Kate Kessler finished in 37th place after a final round 12 over par.

Keiser kept their lead through the third round to win the invitational by 24 strokes over SCAD-Savannah. Texas Wesleyan, Southeastern, and Indiana Wesleyan rounded out the top five. 

The Mariners are now finished for the fall and will now return to the course in February for their winter invitational.
