Box Score LAGRANGE, Ga.- The Coastal Georgia volleyball team (7-5) beat LaGrange College (0-8) 3-0 on Tuesday night in LaGrange, Ga.
The Panthers hung around in the first two sets with the Mariners edging out 27-25 and 25-23 victories. In the third set, however, the Mariners put LaGrange away winning 25-6 to secure their seventh win of the season.
The Mariners were led offensively by Paula Perez Rosales who recorded 14 kills on a .312 hitting percentage.
Thamely Santos and Katie Jordan combined for 13 kills and recorded a .235 hitting percentage and a .267 hitting percentage, respectively.
Setter Rebecca Brown recorded her second double-double of the season recording 13 assists and 10 digs. Setter Breanna Tanton added 14 assists of her own.
The Mariners as a team hit .263 while again holding the Panthers to just a .089 hitting percentage.
